Solution

$\tan θ = \frac{v^{2}}{g r} \Rightarrow \frac{3}{5} = \frac{v^{2}}{10 \times 6}$
$\Rightarrow v = 6 {ms}^{- 1} = 21.6 {kmh}^{- 1}$
