$∆ V = \int - \vec{E} . \vec{dr} = - \int (\frac{100}{x^{2}} \hat{i}) . (dx \hat{i} + dx \hat{j} + dx \hat{k}) = \int_{10}^{20} \frac{100}{x^{2}} dx = {(\frac{100}{x})}_{10}^{20} = \frac{100}{20} - \frac{100}{10} = - 5 volt$
