where, Re is radius of earth.

where, Me is mass of earth.

Mass of moon,   Mm=Me81

Radius of moon,  Rm=Re4

  Escape velocity on the surface of moon

vm=2GMmRm=2GMe81Re4

=229GMeRe=292GMeRe=29ve

=29×11.1=2.46 km h-1
