Solution

Given, initial angular velocity of object, $ω_{0} = 0$
Angular displacement, $θ = 60 rad$
and $Δ t = 10 s$
From equation of rotational motion, $θ = ω_{0} t + \frac{1}{2} α t^{2}$
$60 = 0 \times t + \frac{1}{2} \times α \times 10^{2}$
$\Rightarrow α = \frac{60}{50} \Rightarrow α = 1.2 {rads}^{- 2}$
