A soap bubble has two surfaces in contact with air. So, the total surface area of the bubble $= 2 \times (4 {πr}^{2}) = 8 {πr}^{2}$ Work done = surface tension x increase in surface area $= T [8 {πr}^{2} - 0] = 8 {πr}^{2} T$
