Question

If  \large \vec C\ = \large \vec A\ + \large \vec B\  then

Moderate
Solution

\large \vec C\ = \large \vec A\ + \large \vec B\

If the angle between \large \vec A\ and \large \vec B\ is zero , i.e. \large \vec A\  and \large \vec B\ are parallel , then |\large \vec C\| = A +B

If the angle between \large \vec A\ and \large \vec B\ is 1800 , i.e \large \vec A\ and \large \vec B\ are antiparallel, then |\large \vec C\|min = (A-B) or (B-A)

Here , (A-B) and (B-A) ,may be less than |\large \vec A\| or |\large \vec B\|

So , Option 4 is right
