Solution

$\begin{array}{l} | \vec{P} | = 5, | \vec{Q} | = 12 and | \vec{R} | = 13 \\ \cos θ = \frac{Q}{R} = \frac{12}{13} \\ ∴ θ = \cos^{- 1} (\frac{12}{13}) \end{array}$
