$\begin{array}{l} \frac{V^{2}}{r} = constant \\ ∴ \frac{V_{1}^{2}}{V_{2}^{2}} = \frac{r_{1}}{r_{2}} or r_{2} = r_{1} \times \frac{v_{2}^{2}}{v_{1}^{2}} \\ or r_{2} = 20 \times \frac{{(110 / 100 \times v_{1})}^{2}}{v_{1}^{2}} \\ = 20 \times \frac{121}{100} = 24 \cdot 2 m \end{array}$
