Solution

$A = I \times ω$
$\frac{Δ A}{A} \times 100 = \frac{Δ l}{l} \times 100 + \frac{Δ ω}{ω} \times 100$
$= \frac{0.1}{10.0} \times 100 + \frac{0.01}{1.0} \times 100 = \pm 2 %$
