v = $\sqrt{2 gh}$
But h $ρg = p hg = \frac{p}{ρ}$
v = $\sqrt{\frac{2 p}{ρ}} = \sqrt{\frac{2.6.4 \times 10^{5}}{800}} {ms}^{- 1} = 40 {ms}^{- 1}$
