Here $B_{y} = 2 \times 10^{- 7} \sin (0.5 \times 10^{3} x + 1.5 \times 10^{11} t)$
Comparing it with, $B_{y} = B_{o} \sin (k x + w t)$
We have $w = 1.5 \times 10^{11}$ rad/s
& frequency $ν = \frac{w}{2 π}$ = $\frac{1.5 \times 10^{11}}{2 \times 3.14} = 2.39 \times 10^{10} H z$
Range of microwave is $10^{9} H z t o 10^{12} H z$
