Solution

charge flown $Q = \frac{ϕ_{i} - ϕ_{f}}{R}$
Now $ϕ_{i} = 20 weber and ϕ_{f} = (20 - 3 \times 2^{2}) weber$
$∴ Q = \frac{20 - 8}{10} coul = 1.2 coul$
