Magnetic induction produced by the straight part of the conductor, $B_{1} = \frac{μ_{o} i}{2 π (2 r)} = \frac{1}{2 π} (\frac{μ_{o} i}{2 r})$
Magnetic induction producted by the circular loop at its centre, $B_{2} = \frac{μ_{o} i}{2 r}$
Now B₂ > B₁ and B₂ is inward and B₁ is outward.
Hence option (3) is correct.
