From figure in equilibrium position
$T_{1} \sin 30^{\circ} = T_{2} \sin 60^{\circ}$
or $T_{1} \times \frac{1}{2} = T_{2} \times \frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}$
or $\frac{T_{1}}{T_{2}} = \sqrt{3}$
