Solution

$\frac{P_{1} - P_{2}}{ρg} = \frac{v^{2}}{2 g} \Rightarrow \frac{4 .5 \times 10^{5} - 4 \times 10^{5}}{10^{3} \times g} = \frac{v^{2}}{2 g} ∴ v = 10 m / s$
