$\large = \,\frac{{2\pi }}{{20}}\, = \,\frac{\pi }{{10}}\, = \,\frac{{3.14}}{{10}}\,\, \to \,$ one oscillation
For 100 oscillations $\large \frac{{3.14}}{{10}} \times 100\, = \,31.4\sec$
