$\large \frac {P_1V_1}{P_2V_2}=\frac {m_1}{m_2}\frac {T_1}{T_2}\Rightarrow m_2=\frac {P_2V_2}{P_1V_1}.\frac {m_1T_1}{T_2}$
$\large m_2=\frac {1.293\times 273\times 12}{390}=10.86gm$
