Viscous force $F = η \frac{A ∆ v_{x}}{∆ y} \Rightarrow η = \frac{F ∆ y}{A ∆ v_{x}} = \frac{10^{- 2} \times 10^{5} \times 6 \times 10^{- 1}}{10^{3} \times 6} = 0.1 poise$
