$\large Mean\;speed = \frac{s} {{\frac{{s/3}} {{10}} + \frac{{s/3}} {{20}} + \,\frac{{s/3}} {{60}}}} = \frac{{3 \times 60}} {{(6 + 3 + 1)}}kmph = 18kmph$
