Total mass of N bullets = N m
Momentum of N bullets = N m y
Change in momentum per second = (N m v) n
(where n is the number of bullets fired per second)
We know that rate of change of momentum of bullets is
equal to the force exerted by the bullets on the wall. This
is equal to the reaction force offered by the wall to the
bullets.
