From Pascal's law
$\frac{F_{2}}{A_{2}} = \frac{F_{1}}{A_{1}} \Rightarrow F_{2} = \frac{A_{2}}{A_{1}} F_{1} = {(\frac{r_{2}}{r_{1}})}^{2} \times F_{1} = {(\frac{15 \times 10^{- 2}}{3 \times 10^{- 2}})}^{2} \times 12 = 300 N$
