Diode $D_{1}$ is reversed biased, so it will not conduct diode $D_{2}$ is forward biased, so it will conduct. Current i flows from B to junction and then junction to the ground
$\begin{array}{l} i = \frac{9 - 0}{6 + 3} A = 1 A \\ ∴ V_{0} = 3 \times 1 = 3 v o l t \end{array}$
