Solution

Just after S is closed, the capacitor connect after any resistance to the flow of current.
$∴ i = 10 / 3 A$
$∴$ power dissipated in 3Ω resister = $i^{2} R = {(\frac{10}{3})}^{2} \times 3 W = \frac{100}{3} W .$
