$\frac{R^{2}}{{nr}^{2}} = \frac{n^{\frac{2}{3}}}{{nr}^{2}} = \frac{1}{n^{\frac{1}{3}}} = \frac{1}{{(1000)}^{\frac{1}{3}}} = \frac{1}{10}$
