Solution

Displacement current,
$I_{D} = \frac{V}{Z} = \frac{V}{X_{C}}$ where Z is independence and $X_{C}$ is capacitive reactance $X_{C} = \frac{1}{ω c}$
$\Rightarrow I_{D} = \frac{V}{1 / ω c} = V \times ω c \Rightarrow I_{D} = 230 \times 300 \times 100 \times 10^{- 12} \Rightarrow I_{D} = 69 \times 10^{- 7} = 6.9 μ A$
