$2 \times V - 2 \times 0 = Area under F - t graph$
$\begin{array}{l} \Rightarrow 2 V = \frac{1}{2} \times 2 \times 10 + 10 \times (4 - 2) \\ + \frac{1}{2} (10 + 20) (6 - 4) + \frac{1}{2} \times (10 - 6) \times 20 \\ \Rightarrow V = 50 m / s \end{array}$
