Solution

$x = 2 t^{2}$
$∴ V = \frac{dx}{dt} = 4 t m / s . At t = 4 s, V = 16 m / s$
By work energy theorem, work done = $K_{f} - K_{i} = [\frac{1}{2} \times 0 .2 \times {(16)}^{2} - 0] J$
= 256 Joule
