Power
Question

A particle of mass M is moving along a circular path of consultant radius R. The centripetal acceleration varies as a a=K2Rt2, where K is constant and t is the time elapsed. What is the power delivered to the particle by the force acting on it ?

Difficult
Solution

 For circular motion, a=v2/R  Here K2Rt2=v2/R  or  v2=K2R2t2    Differentiating ,  2vdvdt=k2R22t   at = kR Therefore Power = Ft .v =M . kR . kRt =Mk2R2t
