As the three forces are represented by three sides of a triangle taken in order, then they will be in equilibrium.
$\Rightarrow F_{net} = F_{P Q} + F_{Q R} + F_{R P} = 0$
$F_{net} = m \times a = m \frac{d v}{d t} = 0$
$\Rightarrow \frac{d v}{d t} = 0 or v = constant$
So, the velocity of particle remain constant.
