$\frac{T^{'}}{T} = \sqrt{\frac{g}{g' + a}} = \sqrt{\frac{g}{g + 5 g}} = \sqrt{\frac{1}{6}} \Rightarrow T^{'} = \frac{T}{\sqrt{6}}$
