$r = \frac{0.5}{2 π}, ∆ B = 2 T, ∆ t = 10 \sec ε = \frac{dϕ}{dt} = \frac{∆ B x A}{∆ t} = \frac{2 x {πr}^{2}}{10} = 10 mV$
