Solution

Intensity I = n. h $ν$ . where n is the number of photons crossing the cross section of incident beam in unit time.
When $ν^{1} = \frac{ν}{2}, I^{1} = I = n^{1} (\frac{h ν}{2}) \Rightarrow n^{1} = 2 n$
Hence saturated photo current is doubled.
