$3 P = P + {hρ}_{w} g \Rightarrow {hρ}_{w} g = 2 P When the water is drawn out the pressure at bottom = P + (h - \frac{h}{5}) ρ_{w} g = P + \frac{4}{5} {hρ}_{w} g = P + \frac{4}{5} (2 P) = \frac{13 P}{5}$
