Ideal gas equation PV = $μRT$ = $(\frac{N}{N_{A}}) RT where N$ = Number of molecules, $N_{A} = Avagadro number$
$∴ \frac{N_{1}}{N_{2}} = (\frac{P_{1}}{P_{2}}) (\frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}}) (\frac{T_{2}}{T_{1}}) = (\frac{P}{2 P}) (\frac{V}{\frac{V}{4}}) (\frac{2 T}{T}) = \frac{4}{1}$
