The frequency of echo is given by
$n^{'} = (\frac{v + v_{s}}{v - v_{s}}) n 2 n = (\frac{v + v_{s}}{v - v_{s}}) n or 2 v - 2 v_{s} = v + v_{s} or 3 v_{s} = v v_{s} = v / 3$
