$\frac{I_{e}}{I_{h}} = \frac{n_{e}}{n_{h}} \times \frac{V_{e}}{V_{h}} or \frac{5}{4} = \frac{n_{e}}{n_{h}} \times \frac{7}{4} or \frac{n_{e}}{n_{h}} = \frac{5}{4} \times \frac{4}{7} = \frac{5}{7}$
