we know that $p \propto 1 / r$
$∴ \frac{p_{1}}{p_{2}} = \frac{r_{2}}{r_{1}} Further V \propto r^{3} ∴ \frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}} = \frac{r_{1}^{3}}{r_{2}^{3}} = {(\frac{p_{2}}{p_{1}})}^{3} = {(\frac{1}{3})}^{3} = \frac{1}{27}$
