In terms of triple point of water
$\begin{array}{l} T_{K} = [273 .16 \frac{R}{R_{tr}}] K \\ So, T_{K} = 273 .16 \times \frac{28 .887}{11 .00} = 717 .32 K \\ Now T_{C} = T_{K} - 273 .15 \\ T_{C} = 717 .32 - 273 .15 = 444 {.17}^{\circ} C \end{array}$
