$\begin{array}{l} \frac{x}{10} = \frac{3}{2} \\ x = 15 Ω \end{array}$
$\begin{array}{l} 15 Ω1 .5 m \\ 1 Ω? \end{array}$
then resistance of wire is $= \frac{1.5}{15} = 1 x 10^{- 1} m$
