Solution

We know that $H = V^{2} / R$
$\begin{array}{l} H_{1} = \frac{V^{2}}{R_{1}} and H_{2} = \frac{V^{2}}{R_{2}} \\ ∴ \frac{H_{1}}{H_{2}} = \frac{R_{2}}{R_{1}} \end{array}$
