$θ = 1 \min = {(\frac{1}{60})}^{\circ} = \frac{1}{60} \times \frac{π}{180}$
$= \frac{π}{10800} rad$
$θ = \frac{3 \times 10^{- 3}}{x}$
$x = \frac{3 \times 10^{- 3}}{θ} = \frac{3 \times 10^{- 3}}{\frac{π}{10800}} ≃ 10 Km$
