Solution

Components of velocity of A and velocity of B along the rod must be equal (since length of rod doesn’t change)
$v_{A} \cos β = v_{B} \cos α$
$\Rightarrow v_{B} = \frac{v_{A} \cos β}{\cos α} (h e r e v_{A} = v)$
Therefore, the correct answer is (C)
