From $\frac{θ_{1} - θ_{2}}{t} = K (\frac{θ_{1} + θ_{2}}{2} - θ_{0})$
We have $\frac{59 - 61}{4} = K (\frac{59 + 61}{2} - 30) \Rightarrow K = \frac{1}{60} \frac{51 - 49}{t} = K (\frac{51 + 49}{2} - 30) \Rightarrow \frac{2}{t} = \frac{1}{60} (20) \Rightarrow t = 6 minute .$
