Given that  $$l=70m$$                  $$b=30m$$∴ For one complete round, the distance travelled $$=Total$$ length of $$rectangle=2(l+b)=2(70+30)=2(100)$$                      $$=200m$$  ∴For two complete rounds, the total distance Travelled  $$S=2x200$$                  $$=400m$$
