Solution

$y_{3} - y_{1} = \frac{3 λ x}{α} - \frac{λ x}{α}$
$\Rightarrow 3 \times 10^{- 3} = \frac{2 \times 600 \times 10^{- 9} \times 0.5}{α}$
$\Rightarrow a = 0.2 nm$
