Deflection $∆ y = \frac{1}{2} {at}^{2} = \frac{1}{2} (\frac{eE}{m}) {(\frac{1}{v_{0}})}^{2} = \frac{1}{2} (\frac{e ∆ v}{md}) {(\frac{1}{v_{0}})}^{2}$
$= 1.76 x 10^{- 2} m = 17.6 mm$
