Solution

$v^{2} = 2 as = 2 (\frac{F}{m}) s [As u = 0]$
$\Rightarrow v^{2} = 2 (\frac{5 \times 10^{4}}{3 \times 10^{7}}) \times 3 = \frac{1}{100}$
$\Rightarrow v = 0.1 m / s$
