Solution

$\begin{array}{l} H = 100 m, R = 2 \times 200 = 400 m \\ \tan θ = \frac{4 H}{R} \Rightarrow \tan θ = \frac{4 \times 100}{400} = 1 \\ \Rightarrow θ = 45^{\circ} [∵ \frac{H}{R} = \frac{\tan θ}{4}] \end{array}$
