$T h e r e q u i r e d a n g u l a r w i d t h i s ϕ = \frac{λ}{d} o r \frac{b}{D} = \frac{λ}{d} ∴ d = \frac{600 \times 10^{- 9}}{0.1 \times 10^{- 3}} \times 2 = 12 \times 10^{- 3} m = 12 m m$
