Solution

At B the source is approaching the observer along the line joining them, so $ν_{2}$ $> ν_{0} (f r e q u e n c y o f s o u n d e m i t t e d b y t h e s o u r c e)$ .
At A the source is moving away from the observer along the line joining them, so $ν_{1} < ν_{0}$ .
At C direction of velocity of the source is perpendicular to the line joining the source and the observer , so $ν_{2} > ν_{3} > ν_{0} .$
